The criteria is for single issues and new/acute episodes, the service offers GP appointments and physio on a certain numebr allocation per surgery 5 GP, 3 Physio
GP - Tonsilitis, Sinusitis, Ear pain,Acte vertigo, Cough, chest infection, exacerbations of Asthma and COPD,Acute shortness of breath not requiring 999, Acute rash/skin condition/shingles, UTI's, Gastroenteritis, constipation, dyspesia, Acute abdominal pain, acute headache, acute gynae issues and breast pain, DVT, acute fever
Physio - Acute back pain, neck pain, limb pain, gout, acute monosrthritis, soft tissue injury, pregnancy related pelvic/back pain.
